Your packages are shipped every 2 days via two reliable delivery options: La Poste & Mondial Relay.

For orders within Metropolitan France, you will receive your order between 2 and 6 days after placing it.

If you are located in another country within the European Union (EU), you will receive your order between 4 and 8 days after placing it.

For our customers outside the European Union, no worries! You will receive your order between 8 and 12 days after placing it.

Home Delivery: We use the reliable services of Colissimo and La Poste to ensure that your package arrives directly to your door, safely and as quickly as possible.

Relay Point Delivery: Opt for the convenient solution of Mondial Relay, where you can pick up your package at a relay point near you, at your convenience. Please note that the choice of relay point is available after payment for added convenience. It is important to note that relay point delivery is currently available only in countries where the Mondial Relay system operates.

Whichever option you choose, we ensure that your delivery experience is as pleasant as possible. Trust our delivery service to bring you satisfaction and speed in the processing of your order.

All our Alpaca products can be hand washed with cold water. The natural fibers used in our products require little maintenance and do not easily absorb odors. For textile accessories, we recommend machine washing at 30°. It is not advisable to iron or tumble dry them to preserve their quality.
